Rebcon informs me they cannot make the Tuesday meeting. Due to other project
commitments and bid preparation, they will not be available until late next week. I think
we should go ahead and meet on Tuesday at 2:30 P.M. and try to make decisions
regarding the bridge. Martin Ledford and I will meet you on Tuesday unless advised
otherwise.
I have had difficulty coordinating a meeting with Rebcon, Perhaps on of your staff could
work out a meeting time. I will move my schedule next week if there is a conflict to meet
with Rebcon whenever you can set up a meeting.
