We have received the rough concept plan you provided, with your
letter of January 20, 1995, for the City of Coppell's roadway
widening of Denton Tap Road. The plan has been forwarded to our
Relocations Section in the Engineering Division.
Please coordinate all of your project activities involving Dallas
Water Utilities' facilities with our Relocations Engineer, Randy
Nelson, at phone number (214)948-4592. Randy will be able to
assist you in locating Dallas' 30" water transmission main in the
areas that you mentioned in your letter. Randy will also review
the proposed paving and drainage designs for any potential
conflicts with Dallas' facilities and determine what actions, if
any, will be required for compatibility.
Our goal is to maintain service to our customers while meeting the
specific requirements of the proposed paving and drainage
improvements. Although your contact should be with Randy Nelson
