Dunaway Associates, Inc. 1501 Merrimac Circle, #100 Fort Worth, TX 76107 May 2l, 2004 RE: Texas Bank Addition, Lot 1 Block A Construction Plan Review Comments (Third Submittal) Dear Mr. Wooten: The City of Coppell has reviewed the submitted plans and the revised plat on the referenced project and has the following comments to offer: 1. Please include in the plan set the revised plat with the changes that were made. 2. Sheet C8 - there is still a discrepancy in valve sizes called out. There is an 8" line tapped off the 16" main, yet you call for two 6" gate valves. These discrepancies must be resolved before the plans can be approved and stamped. In order to process your plat for signatures, roadway impact fees must be paid in the amount of $5,633.70 as shown in the Development Fee Assessment letter of April 13, 2004. In order to proceed with construction this office must have (1) a Construction Development Permit application, (2) a copy of the NOI as submitted to TCEQ, and (3) construction inspection fees (2% of private work, 4% of public ROW work). A copy of subcontractor estimates/contract must be submitted for verification - please refer to permit form for details. Once we have received the above items, this office will need three sets of signed/sealed plans for our use; submit as many additional sets as you will need for the job site. We will stamp and sign those sets and return them with the signed permit. Only stamped plan sets will be allowed on the site, and your contractor(s) must have a copy of the City of Coppell Standard Details onsite at all times as well.
