The following item from the captioned project remains deficient:
The traffic control loop at Natches Trace and Denton Tap Road intersection
has been left in an excavated and unrepaired state since December 2003.
This final item remaining from the project must be completed to City of Coppell standards
by May 21, 2004 or the City will repair the damage and bill your company for the full extent
of the repair. Please contact me immediately to let me know when your crew will be onsite
to repair the loop and backfill the excavation.
