Dear Mr. Montoya:
Please submit the name of the company, and the type of equipment that will be utilized
for the directional drilling on the above referenced project. This information needs to be
submitted prior to starting the directional drilling.
Property owners along MacArthur Boulevard are supposed to be notified of construction
in the vicinity of their property one week before construction starts. Please send the City
a copy of the notification at the time of distribution
We previously requested and have not received a construction schedule for the project.
This schedule needs to be provided to the City so that we know the dates for the open cut,
directional drilling, and boring methods of construction.
