The City of Coppeil Engineering Department received from you yesterday a faxed
copy of an in-place density report performed on Thursday, May 21 of materials in a
storm sewer trench line. Please note that material in test #82 (retest of #79
performed on May 20) failed to meet the City of Coppell's requirement for optimum
moisture content percent. This failure to meet project specifications was not noted as
such on the test report.
We received the original of the test from Texas CMT today.
