On May 11, 2004, City Council awarded the referenced project to MasTec North America, Inc. A
pre-construction conference on the referenced project has been scheduled for Thursday, June 3rd,
2004 at 9:00 a.m., in the second floor conference room in Town Center, at 255 Park~vay Blvd.
Please notify sub-contractors and any other interested parlies so that they may have a representative
present.
If you should have any questions concerning this project, please feel free to give me a call. The
