Please find enclosing two sets each of the plats and field note descriptions for the permanent water line
easement and the temporary construction easement required for construction of the State Highway 121
Water Line (Coppell Road to Denton Tap Road). The easements included cross the following property:

These easement descriptions are marked as preliminary at this time. We are finalizing the reference
bearings prior to submitting them to our R.P.L.S. for seal and signature.
