Dear Mr. Moss:
A 2" x 6" handrail was built on top of the cedar post caps in accordance with the detail
that Pacheco Koch sent to the City on July 16, 2003. The addition of the handrail was the
only change made to the construction plans. Please prepare the record drawing for the
