I received your letter concerning record drawings for the referenced
project. We had no construction observation responsibility on the project so
we have to rely on plans marked-up by either the inspector or the
contractor. We have not received any mark-ups or any correspondence
regarding the conformity of the final product to the plans. Please find out
if plans exist and transmit them to me and I will get you record drawings
ASAP. If no mark-ups exist, we will transmit the plans as designed with a
statement to that effect.
