Thanks for arranging the meeting. As for the status of the permit, I have made several requests of
TranSystems and Freese and Nichols for the information Jessica Napier wants included in the permit
application. I have talked (over the phone) with Craig Bond a couple of times since you and I met and
tried to explain what the USACE wants and what you and I have tried to pulled together to achieve as
much mitigation credit as possible within the project area, understanding the constraints we have with the
project site. I am working on a conceptual design drawing for the channel configuration that I will bring to
the meeting, but the detailed information that Jessica requested for the permit application needs to come
from the engineering models and final design, I will bring a list of information requested by Jessica Napier
to the meeting as well, At this time, Jessica Napier does not consider our permit application complete,

The May 27 meeting at 8:30 am has been scheduled. Everyone can
attend.
Would you mind preparing a small summary of what is going on with the
permit so that I can pass that on to Ken - an e-mail is fine - does not
need to be formal.
