Sheets 2 & 3
1. Repeat the 1-Ieadings' from the table on Sheet 2 to the table on Sheet 3.
2. Are Item 65 and Item 106 the same? Item 106 shows a '6" Sidewalk', this should be
a '6' Sidewalk'.
3. Are Item 90 and Item 109 the same?
4. There are 4 of the 8" stubouts with FH- 35+13, 50+85, 56+43 & 64+66. There are 3
of the 6" stubouts with FH - 37+44, 42+20, 65+25. There should be a total of 7 FH,
4 - 8" WV, 4 - TSV. I get the following quantities for the items as shown below.
Please review and change the 'Summary of Estimated Quantities' as you see fit.

Item 97 / Sheet 19 - I think that the 2" tap is mislabeled as an 8" line.
Item 102/Sheet 20 - The proposed fire hydrant at 44+82 was removed and the existing
fire hydrant is gone.
Sheet 21 - there is both a 16" x 8" TSV and 12"x 8" TSV shown for the 8" stubout at
Sra. 50+85.
Item 89 - A quantity for stamped concrete is only shown for 4 sheets - the sheets
with crosswalks. There is stamped concrete in the medians on all of the sheets - is
that quantity accounted for in the summary.
Sheet 18
1. Remove the ADA ramps at the new street entrance at 34+50. There is no sidewalk
and it will be one less ADA issue for us.
Sheet 20
1. Remove the ~Barrier Free Ramp Typ.' Note at Station 45+00 Lt.
2. Do we need detectable warnings at the drive located at 52+40 RT?
3. Since we do not have the profile of StarleafDrive at Station 45+40 that shows the
cross slope of the crosswalk - we need to ensure that the plans show that the cross
slope of the crosswalk cannot exceed 2%. We have a note on Sheet 26A about the
cross slope of the sidewalk. The same goes for the roadto Trinity Shores on Sheet
24.
Sheet 25 & 26
1. Show the crosswalk and slope in the profile view of both Rive~view and Riverchase
Drives.
Sheet 27
1. The City does not use jiggle bars anymore. We use a 4" round white acrylic single
reflective button at 5' on-center.
General
1. We need to show an electrical tap for the irrigation on the plans like the one that is
shown for the streetlights. The location may move in the field but we need to account
for it in our quantifies.

! am working on the pay items for the specifications. On Item 7 Embankment, we have a total of'
67,533 C.Y. That is an "in-place" amount. Do you know the estimated amount o£borrow that
we will need for the project?
Also, I have a few comments so far on the plans. I will finish the comments when we receive
sheets Sa, 26a and the cross-sections at each end o£the project.
