1. Need valve extension on MLV off Denton Tap - 2' extension.
2. Lock latch on top of vault lid and paint lid blue.
3. Ball valves plugs in vault (,qmfdl),
4. 2" DC needs plugs, 2 domestic & I irrigation-clean meter can below pipe.
S. First fire hydrant needs 2' extension.
6. Mark Fl~ in red on curb at all fire hydrants.
7. Need stree~ marker 'at all fire hydrants-blue buttons.
8. Manhole needs rain pan and chimney seal,
9, Mark on curb in red ~ for manhflle and paint lid red.
10, Need letter from landscaper stating valves and manholes will not be covered,
