Set of Plans with Updated Plat and Revised Utility Plan
Remarks:
Ke~, We have attached the revised plans. Plans are still stamped preliminary as the Architect
has not finalized his design and there may be minor changes to the building/utility stub-outs.
Once we are ready to proceed with construction, I will provide the three updated signed/sealed
sets as requested. Texas Bank will be sending a check for the Roadway Impact Fees shortly, at
which time we will pull current tax certificates and have the Plat filed. Thank you for your
