WA0101-CS040527From: To: Date: Subject: "Doug Showers" <DShowers@BHCLLP.COM> <stayior@ci.coppell.tx.us> 5/27/2004 10:13:54 AM Fwd: Maintenance form Good Morning Suzan As a follow up to our Tuesday conversation regarding utilizing a vacuum truck to give a more precise location of the Advantex (now Grande) fiber optic line along 121, I have contacted TxDOT and have the Northwest Region contact as well as the proper form for acquiring authorization for this activity. These are attached. In order to do the pot holing, the City will have to fill out the form and forward it on to TxDOT. It is my opinion that we do not have to do the potholing at this time as Advantex has completed the line locate. This morning Alan Anderson contacted me to confirm that the line has been marked in the field (completed Wednesday). I expect that our surveyor will be on site Friday to lie in the flagged line, Today at 2 pm I am meeting Alan Anderson on site to review the location of the flags and the line, If your are available at 2 pm today, you may want to visit the site. I have the signed permanent easement with SCI, and the temporary construction easement document with SCI ready for delivery to you. I will bring them by between 1:30 and 2 pm today. Please call me if you have questions.
