NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
RE: Coppell Road / Service Center 18" Sanitary Sewer Line Project # SS 02-01
Dear Mr. Velasquez:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start June 7, 2004. If you should begin
work prior to that date, then the calendar days will commence on the day work begins.
Ninety (90) calendar days were bid on this project for completion of work. Therefore, if
work begins on June 7, 2004 then the calendar days on the project will expire on September
6, 2004.
