Thank you for allowing me to comment on your memo. Most of the
information you've provided covering what we discussed is accurate.
However, I do not expect to recommend City endorsement of the CLOMR and
LOMR until all comments are addressed. We'll beissuing our comment
letter to the City today, and copying you, There are a considerable
number of comments, mostly centered around the structure of the
subm#tal. While your submittal has most oftha elements needed to
fulfill the requirements for a CLOMR and a separate LOMR, there are
discrepancies that will not allow approval by the City and FEMA. We
cover those discrepancies in our comment letter.
