Ms. Serrano,
This whole LOMR issue has been rather difficult to work through. The developer was told early on in the
process by PBS&J that this area was inadvertently drawn as floodway when the new maps came out in
2001, and that they could have this issue resolved within 2 weeks. Now several months later you are
asking for a statement from the City saying that all affected property owners have been notified. I'm not
sure I understand why this is being held up.
That having been said, to the best of my knowledge, Mr. Terry Holmes, the owner of the only affected
property has been made aware that he has requested a Letter of Map Revision, and that it will impact the
limits of the regulatory flOodway Within the boundary of his property. I am not aware of any other
properties that will be affected by this change.
Feel free to call me, or respond to this email if you need anything else.

Mr. Marvin,
Everytime a LOMR involves changes in the floodway FEMA reequieres
notification to the property owners. It can be a public notice or a
statement from a community official saying that the community has notified
all property owners affected by the floodway revisio.n. Since there is only
one property owner affected think the 'eaSiest way;to comply with this
requierement is the staternen{ from the community.' You can send me an e-mail
or fax the letter.
If you have any questions please let me know.
