Per our conversation, I ara faxing the 5/10/04 letter from Praxedis Garza concerning the
project. The second sentence in the second paragraph discusses closing the road. I ara also
including my email response to the letter. To date I have not had any response.
I also would like to be included in decisions and actions taken on this project. To date it
appears that we are being excluded from the project that is occurring in our City.
