Dear Mr. Snow:
As requested, the consulting engineer for the above referenced project has located the
poles on the construction drawing using the pole coordinates provided by you. Enclosed
are Sheets 16, 17, and 18 with the pole locations highlighted. The consultant has labeled
all of the poles as proposed which may not be correct.
A permit for the relocations will need to be submitted to the Engineering Department for
approval. I have enclosed a copy of the permit for your use. Should you have any
