Water Master Plan
Suzan,
I plan to deliver the "Preliminary Final" report to you on Monday June
7. We have made all the changes that Ken and you asked us to address.
We see this as our Final Report, however there are a couple of items
added to the report that we would like for you to read over before we
deliver the multiple copies, CD, etc. We can be ready to complete the
reproduction of the final document by June 10th with your approval.
In a previous letter, we outlined the issues related to the release of
WaterCad (5.0) that we are using to run the model. Since Coppell has
Cybernet 3.1, our information is not easily transferable without an
upgrade to your system. Please let us know how the City desires to
handle this software upgrade. We will be ready to load the current
model and train your in-house operator(s) once we hear how the City
desires to proceed.
Finally, for the delivery of the report on Monday, how many copies do
you desire?
