ST9801-CS010212FREESE o NICHOI..S . ,4 DATE: 12, 2001 An irrigation and landscaping walk-through was conducted on ThursdaY, February 8, 2001, by Larry Davis and myself. No other persons attended this evaluation. The following are items that were of concern to the attending parties, and need to be addressed for substantial compl~ion of this project: Areas outside the limits of construction that were disturbed by Ed Bell and their contractors need to be cleared of debris and should be sodded and/or hydzomuIched as specified on the plans or in the specifications of this project. This includes removal and disposal of large rocks and various concrete scraps located in and around the R.O.W. Ed Bell needs to provide as-built plans of the new irrigation system that'was:installed on the east side of Coppell Road, near the south end of the project, to Freese and Nichols, Inc., City of Coppell and to the necessary Home Owners Association(s) that will be affected by the new irrigation system. According to Pay Item Ib-60,61, "...there must be 100% coverage of grass at the time of final acceptance". This requirement must be met before this Pay Item will be considered complete. Ed Bell, or a representative thereof, will need to meet with the City and representatives of the Home Owner's Associations to verify and explain the operations of the new irrigation systems before these are considered complete. The parkway areas near Asbury Manor have bubblers around the trees that are protruding above ground. These need to be repaired and properly installed to insure adequate op~rat~Orl. Bollards should be installed at end of bike trail, near station 34-00, as shown on sheet BT-I. Refer to sheet TREE for tree replacement, and verify thc replacement of these trees. Any areas outside the limits of construction that were disturbed need to be repaired and returned to their condition prior to construct/on. This includes any vegetation that was harmed or disturbed, and any bedding or edging material that was altered during construction.
