This letter is in respouse to your letter dated May t8, 2004 regarding inconsistencies with the As Built
plans aud actual field conditions. Specifically the items in question ;',,ere the final site grades on the
south side of our building and the 12" HDPE slom~ drain thai had nut been installed.
Both issues were contributing sources to the one problem of draining onto the adjacent tract to the soulh.
To ~esolve this, we propose to construct a natural swale along our south property line to collect and route
the rtlt~O[~ lo the existing concrete flume. A sketch is attached for you~ review.
