We are in receipt of your letter dated June 7th regarding the field conditions versus the as-
built plans. Your proposed solution is acceptable to us. Please provide additional grade
information for the proposed swale and spot elevations in the vicinity of the swale on your
plan. Construct the swale in accordance with your plan, then update the as-built plans to be
delivered to the City. Once these tasks are complete, there are no remaining issues to my
knowledge. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.
