We have taken a first look at the Coppell Road / Kaye Street intersection and attached is a sketch
of what we have come up with. We reduced the radii at the intersection to 20ft, and use a
minimum radius of 150 fl. on the centerline. This would put the proposed curb line about 10 ft.
from the trees on each side of the street. This option would require acquiring approximately 310
Sq. fl. of right-of-way. Look it over and let us know what you think.
