1. Valve at Oakbrook needs MLV marked in blue on curb. Valve not worked; ca~n
lid, to work on follow-up.
2. Meter can at 149 Oakbrook too low; raise to grade.
3. Mark WS in blue on curb for meter across the street from 138 Bethel School Road.
4. Mark MLV in blue on curb for main line valve across the street from Hidden Valley.
5. Mark FHV in red on curb at valve, Bethel School and Hidden Valley.
6. Mark MLV in blue at valve, Bethel School and Hidden Valley.
Mark MLV in blue at valve in drive for 120 Bethel School Road.
8. Mark CO in red at City sewer cleanout and paint lid red.
9. Make meter can at Denton Tap and Bethel School flush with ground.
10. Mark MLV in blue on curb for two valves in Denton Tap.
11. Raise DC irrigation box to grade, Denton Tap and Bethel School.
Call Dainty tlightower at 972-462-5150 to check punch list after work performed.
