Punchlist from 6/03 Walk-thru
Dear Mr. Caudill:
The following is a list of deficiencies prepared by the Streets Department and Utilities
Department representatives who helped conduct the walk-thru:
STREETS -
1. Cut & seal random cracks marked with white paint.
2. Reseal header marked with white paint.
3. Fix divots in road also marked with white paint.
4. Remove concrete chips & reseal sawed joints at several locations.
5. Seal the curb in the right turn lane & reseal the curb in several locations at the Post Office.
6. Water is ponding at the west side of the daycare driveway.
7. Place silt fencing back of curb along vacant lot at NE corner of Denton Tap. Establish
vegetation on slope at the same location.
8. Clean 20' inlet for final inspection.
9. Provide a set of record drawings.
UTILITIES -
1. Valve at Oakbrook needs MLV marked in blue on curb. Valve not worked; cannot open lid
to work on follow-up.
2. Meter can at 149 Oakbrook too low; raise to grade.
3. Mark WS in blue on curb for meter across the street from 138 Bethel School Rd.
4. Mark MLV in blue on curb for main line valve across the street from Hidden Valley.
5. Mark FHV in red on curb at valve, Bethel School and Hidden Valley.
6. Mark MLV in blue at valve, Bethel School and Hidden Valley.
7. Mark MLV in blue at valve in drive for 120 Bethel School Rd.

8. Mark CO in red at City sewer cleanout and paint lid red.
9. Make meter can at Denton Tap and Bethel School flush with ground.
10. Mark MLV in blue on curb for two valves in Denton Tap.
11. Raise DC irrigation box to grade, Denton Tap and Bethel School.
Once these items have been completed, please call for a follow-up inspection of the facilities.
