NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Holland:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start June 28, 2004. If you should begin
work pr/or to that date, then the calendar days will commence on the day work begins.
Locating existing utilities during the week of June 14, 2004 will not constitute beginning
work.
Three hundred (300) calendar days were bid on this project for completion of work.
Therefore, if work begins on June 28, 2004, then the calendar days on the project will expire
on April 25, 2005.
