The requested square yardage for the additional 12" grouted rock rip-rap along the channel
embankment nea~ the intersect/on of Coppell Rd. and Westminster Way has been estimated to be
440 square yards. The contractor's unit pricing for this item (Item #1b-55) is $38.00 per square yard.
The total for the additional rip-rap is $16,720. This approval for this item and the approval for the
contractor to begin this work is to be determined by the City of Coppell. The contractor has not been
released and will not be released to begin this work until approved and ordered by the City of
Coppell.
