Dear Mr. Griffin;
Per your request, we have reviewed the price submitted for the revised 440 square y~ds of
Grouted Rock Rip.
Thc changed work is an isolated area, with poor access, nad tremendous risk of damage to the
existing driveway and irrigation system. Our remsed price for this work is $56.55/SY, or a total
of $24,882.00. We will also need 7 calendar days added to the contract for this work Please
notify us of your intent as soon as possible so that they may plan their work.
Additionally, we need to resolve the issue of the cast iron fittings on the water line. 11: is my
tmderstanding that your office is in receipt of the necessary lists, weights, and locations of each
of thc fittings. We would expect that issue to be resolved with the August billing.
