I am available tomorrow or Thurs or next week anytime after 9:30 to let traffic die down. If we could get someone from water department there at same time would be helpful. Thanks, Don ..... Please let me know if you want to me to arrange an on-site meeting. We need to get the utilities relocated as soon as possible. >>> "Pembroke, Bill" <BilI.Pembroke@jacobs.com> 6/15/2004 1:08:13 PM >>> Suzan, We identified the PP's as proposed by mistake since they are existing now. We interpreted the information incorrectly. The existing poles at 23+99.52 and 28+77.75 appear to be non conflicting with exception of minor sidewalk deflections. The pole at 34+85.55 will be located in the flowline of the future drainage path. This pole could be relocated to 34+23.79 which we depicted on sheet 18 but this location will conflict with a future road. Your proposed relocation would work. It would be best if the center of the pole was setback approximately 2' from the top of any slope. Bill ..... Original Message ..... He and ! are not sure we understand the information you sent. There is an existing power pole at Sra. 33+85.55 that you located on the plans using the coordinates provided by Scarorough. You also show power poles at Sta. file://C :XDocuments%20and%20Settings\staylor~Local%20Settings\Temp\GW} 00001 .HTM 6/15/2004 Message Page 2 of 2 33+47.56 and Sta.34+23.79. Scarborough did not provide any coordinates for these poles. Are the poles at Sta. 33+47.56 and Sta.34+23.79 locations that Jacobs has identified as possible locations for the pole at Sra. 33+85.55 to be relocated. Your note on the transmittal indicated that Sra. 34+23.79 is a possible relocation position - but that it would conflict with the future development. Would it be acceptable to relocate the pole to approximate Sra. 33+32 and 50' LT. (southwest to the top of the slope).
