Dear Mr. Whittenberry:
This notice is to inform you that the City's contractor recently began construction of the 18-inch sanitaq/sewer
line from south Coppell Road to east of Grapevine Creek. The project will require some tree removal, and the
contractor has started this work on the west side of Grapevine Creek. Within the next few days the contractor
will begin work on the east side of the creek.
The contractor has agreed to preserve as many trees as possible, removing only necessary ones and in such a
manner as to prevent damage to the remaining trees.
The contractor performing the work is Fox Contracting, Inc. The City's contact person with the
contractor is Joe Velasquez at 972/670-3083. If you have any questions or need any additional
