Construction Contract - Notice Of Award
Dear Mr. Louy,
Dallas County Conunissioners Court awarded a construction contract on June 8, 2004, to your
company, North Texas Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $175,547.00 for the referenced project
(copy of same to follow). The County's award of this contract was continieni upon the City of
Coppell City Council's approval of additional funding necessary to complete the work (approved
June 8, 2004, copy to follow). Please process all bonds and insurance coverage, and execute the
Contract as provided in the Proposal Documents provided to you [ten (10) copies] on June 10, 2004.
Return all ten (10) completed copies to my attention for final execution by Dallas County. Two t'mal
executed copies shall be returned to you for your use along with four sets of the Engineering /
Construction Plans, Proposal Documents (bid schedule), and Contract Documents (specifications).
A Pre-Construction Conference / pa_fly, ring Workshop shall be scheduled to proceed with the work.
