Dear Sir or Madam:
Teague Nail and Perkins, Inc. (TNP) has been contracted by the City of Coppell to provide
engineering and surveying services for the design of improvements to W. Sandy Lake Road, from SH
121 to Denton-Tap Road. Our survey personnel are currently performing field surveys in the area for
our use in preparing a design for the proposed roadway improvements. In order to obtain all the
information necessary for design, our surveyors will be recording and mapping horizontal and vertical
information of existing improvements not only within the right-of-way of Sandy Lake Road, but also on
the adjoining properties which front along the road. These existing improvements or existing features
include items such as driveways, mailboxes, drainageways, trees, shrubs, fences, power poles, walls,
house corners, etc. We will also be locating property lines and property corners for the lots and tracts
of land immediately adjacent to the road in order to determine the existing right-of-way for Sandy Lake
Road.
In order to complete the survey work for this project, our surveyors will need to access your property
for a short period of time to record and map the existing improvements. In particular, we would like to
locate the existing drainageway through your property and record information on existing ground
elevations adjacent to the road. Attached is a Right-of-Entry agreement, which simply grants us
permission to access your property for the purposes stated above. Would you please take a moment
to review this agreement, sign it and return it to our office at the address shown below. We are
available to answer questions or to provide clarification of any items, if necessary. Please feel free to

address any concerns and/or issues raised.

RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
We hereby grant TEAGUE NALL AND PEREKINS, INC., consultants for the City of
Coppell, access to the property located at 900 Sandy Lake Road, Coppell, Texas.
Permission for access is granted solely for the purpose of obtaining survey field data
necessary for the design improvements associated with the West Sandy Lake Road
project in the City of Coppell. This access is granted for the period of time necessary
to complete this project.
