You need to ensure that there is 10' minimum separation between the water and sewer service. 2. The 4" sewer service needs to be bored under Bethel Road up to the existing 12" sewer main, then open-cut. 3. Ensure that a single lane of traffic is open continually and that flagmen are in place while the one lane is closed. The other lane can only be closed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 4. Ensure there is a 4" cleanout set at the property line. 5. Backfill the excavation under the roadway with flowable fill. 6. Provide a 6" concrete trench cap at least 12" beyond the edge of the trench and overlay that with 2" of Type D hotmix asphalt.
