Engineering will determine when the Uretek contract will start, but I don't think its going to be immediately.
You might check with one of the inspectors to see it they have any information. She's a Priority 2 which is
not one of the more severe priorities. However, directly across the street from her at 707 -its listed as
Priority 1. So I would say that section will be one of the first one's done -you might not want to tell her
THAT, but it should be one of the first.

Do we know during what time frame the Uretek project will be going on so I can tell her? They may have
talked to her husband and he didn't tell her, 'cuz she didn't have a clue they had even been out there!

Our guys went out to 704 Cambridge Manor on 6/14 and talked with the resident. It was explained that
her address is on the Uretek list for repair.

I am following up on a call that came in to Paula about 2 weeks ago. This lady called again today & I
didn't know how her original call was addressed, so I'm giving you the info. Angie Abercrombie at 704
Cambridge Manor called to say that she has had a problem with water standing in front of her house for
about a year. The water is always there whether it has rained or not and is causing pest problems,
stagnant water odor, etc. Do you know if anyone was sent out to see what was causing water to stand
there rather than draining to somewhere? If so, please let her know what was found. It not, please have
someone look at it to determine if it is a city problem, and let me & Paula know what they find, too. Ms.
Abercrombie's cell # is 214-794-2607. Thanks!
