Subject: Parking expansion
FYI - Mark Smith from CiCi's distribution center on Bethel Rd. called to say that they want to expand one
of their concrete pads for more parking. He said Mobley & Mobley were contracting to do it, but they
suggested that more drainage work would be needed. I told him to have their engineer submit plans so
we could tell what they are proposing and how it would affect drainage. If plans come in, that's what it's
about; they also may send someone over to look at the as-builts for the original project.
