I checked out the dead tree, it's not a problem, I'll have the parks staff cut it off this afternoon. I'll call Ms.

Jean Coyle from Duke Realty called about a large dead tree that is a sight visibility problem for drivers
going south on the new part of Freepod Pkwy to get onto or across Bethel Rd. She said it is just south of
their property line according to the survey, but she doesn't know who owns the property or if it is R-O-W.
The tree is dead and she want someone to remove it. Any suggestions, gentlemen? Her number is
