Enclosed is the Detention Pond Study we prepared as we were putting the Tradepoint Site Plan Submittal
package together last year. The detention pond is sized to contain discharges from a fully developed site and
assuming Hillwood will pave over the existing ditch running parallel to Bethel Road. This report was prepared
"in-house" by Halff, so please forgive us on the report layout.
