This letter is in regards to additional services provided in the design of median opening
alternatives at the west end of Sandy Lake Road, east of Denton Tap Road, adjacent to
an existing and proposed shopping center. The following is a breakdown of hours
necessary to design, evaluate and adopt a final layout of median openings and right and
left mm lanes:
RJM 10 hrs. @ $85.00 $850.00
RJJ 37 hrs. @ $55.00 2,035.00
Cler 0.5 hrs. @ $35.00 17.50
Directs $108.50
TOTAL: $3,011.00
Since completing our field surveys, some changes have occurred at the east end of Sandy
Lake Road due to development on the north side of Sandy Lake Road, west of McArthur
Blvd. To have this resurveyed and added to our existing CADD files will cost an
estimated $870.00. The hourly breakdown is as follows:

We have 200 feet of survey cross-sections remaining in our original contract which will
cover the necessary survey needs west of Denton Tap, once a terminus point is identified
by the City for the 24" waterline bore.
