Plat
1. Provide drainage easement across west side and part of south side of lot to accommodate
offsite drainage and drainage system.
Site Dimension Control Plan
1. Provide adequate space between driveway radius and curb inlet for gutter transition.
2. Paver or stamped concrete should be provided for driveway on Sandy Lake.
3. Show the existing driveway on the east side of Moore Road. This could affect your proposed
driveway location on Moore Road.
Grading & Paving Plan
1. Surface drainage should be picked up on-site and conveyed to the storm sewer system.
2. Offsite water from the south and west drain through this site. Need to show offsite drainage
area with contours. Drainage system should be extended to the south to pick up offsite water.
Erosion Control Plan
1. Provide inlet protection for curb inlets.
2. Construction entrance should be off Moore Road, not Sandy Lake Road.
Utility Plan
1. An additional hydrant may be required to meet Fire Department requirements.
2. Private sewer service should not be installed in public utility easement.
NOTE: General Engineering Observations
These comments do not constitute a detailed review of any Engineering submittals.
Detailed review will be performed after approval by City Council.
1. The "plans" submitted at DRC do not constitute a submittal for engineering review. Plans for
engineering review cannot be submitted until there has been approval of the replat, etc., by City
Council.
