In all three cases Centex has tighened up the unit costs and included fee & overhead. I believe Dan Mergen of Centex has reviewed these with Mr. Griffin's staff. Subject to counsel's advice to the contrary, St. Joseph Village is comfortable contracting for these with the City, backed up by a separate contract with Centex. We will need to make certain that City payments for the work will occur within the time frame expected by Centex. We will be happy to present a signature copy of the agreement, assuming the exhibits are suitable. You have the latest version of the agreement on diskette if you prefer to do that I would be available Wednesday or later to execute. Closing of the exchange could be as soon as you're ready. We would plan to start Centex on the water tank al st immediately and on the Force Main work right after that. We will have them do e reet concurrent with the rest of the street.
