I met with Mike Hodge with City Inspections after I met with you today. I explained to
him that we had discussed your releasing us to commence vertical construction on our 6
additional units. He said there is no problem with us going forward He is only waiting
on a letter from you. He asked for you to simply reference the following 6 addresses
below:

1013 Colonial Dr,
1017 Colonial Dr.
1021 Colomal Dr.
1025 Colonial Dr
