After reviewing the plans for Town Center Addition, Lot 2, Block 3, the conditions imposed by
Council, and conferring with appropriate City officials, I believe that it was the City's intent that
the drive-thru traffic lane be removed in order to meet landscaping requirements. You have
taken steps to meet the landscape requirement and provide additional landscaping through the
reduction of your total building area, and the elimination of five on-site parking spaces.
Therefore, we do not see anything that prohibits the construction of your project in accordance
with the plans you submitted to Chief Building Official Greg Jones.
