The 2-yr maintenance bond on the parking lot expansion expires the middle of August. Rick O'Dell noted
that the fire lane striping has faded and/or peeled off from most of the curbs. He mentioned that you
might have punchlist items that I could include in the deficiency letter to the contractor. Let me know & I
will send all comments in one letter. THanks, RB
