Sincerely, Kenneth M Griffin, P E Director of Engineering and Public Works Office 972/304-3686 Fax 972/304-7041 E-mail kgfi ffin~ci.coppell.tx.us Central Regional Wastewater System Elm Fork Relief Interceptor Project, Segment EF-G PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF DALLAS § The TRINITY RIVER AUTHORITY OF TEXAS (AUTHORITY), a conservation and reclamation district created by and functioning under Chapter 518, Acts of the 54th Legislature of the State of Texas, Regular Session, 1955, as amended pursuant to Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution, with its principal office at 5300 South Collins, Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas 76018, is hereby given permission to initiate and complete its Central Regional Wastewater System, Elm Fork Relief Interceptor Project, Segment EF-G sanitary sewer pipeline and Meter Station # 17.0E with all incidental equipment and appurtenances, in, on, over, through, under and across easements, utility lines, parkland, streets, floodplain, bed and banks of the Elm Fork Trinity River and other property (Property) owned or controlled by the CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS (CITY), in the James M. Kennedy Survey, Abstract No. 741, and the Singleton Thompson Survey, Abstract No. 1493, Dallas County, Texas, along with any necessary ingress and egress to and from said property. The location and description of the proposed line, meter station, access route and appurtenances are fully shown on construction plans attached hereto and made a part hereof. The AUTHORITY'S facilities shall be constructed, operated and maintained in a safe, workmanlike manner. AUTHORITY shall restore CITY'S Property damaged by AUTHORITY'S activities to its original or better condition. It is understood that this permission shall survive an abandonment by CITY of all or any portion of its Property and rights-of-way.
