Mr. Rose,
I have reviewed your request to utilize a portion of MacArthur Park for a water line extension for the
proposed Riverchase Townhome Addition. The location of the proposed line would cross many existing
utilities servicing the park. Installation of this line would disrupt these utilities and interfere with play on the
fields, and the ongoing maintenance of the line could become a problem. For these masons the proposed
water line will not be allowed in the location between the parking lot and the practice ama. Thank you.
