On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for drilled belled pier inspection. See attached sheets for recorded data. NOTE: Piers were drilled to a depth above encountering water and belled. Otherwise, 48-inch diameter straight shaft piers were drilled. Two test holes were drilled on 06/07/99 without HBC present. Indoor Pool pier H.9/12.4 (southeast corner) was drilled to 13.5 feet on 06/07/99. Today this pier was drilled on down to 17.0 feet where it caved in and was backfilled.
