City Limits) ST 93-01 Utility Relocations Dear Mr Norris: This letter is a follow-up to my February 2004 letter requesting OnFiber Carrier Services to initiate any necessary utility relocations, or to provide written verification that they do not have any utilities or utility conflicts within the limits of the above referenced project. Project plans were included with the letter. To date, we have not received written verification, and no utility relocation plans have been submitted to the City for approval. The project is scheduled to start construction in September 2004 and we need to have all utility conflicts resolved prior to starting construction. If there are no utilities or utility conflicts within the project limits, please provide written or verbal verification, lfthere are utility conflicts, please initiate utility relocations.
