Dear Mr. Jones:
This is written as a follow-up to your e-mail of June 25, 2004 and our telephone conversation on
the same day concerning the project timeline for the West Sandy Lake Road project. With this
letter, I am attaching project status charts from July 2000, October 2000, and July 2001. The July
2000 and October 2000 project status charts show West Sandy Lake Road as one project beginning
in July of 2004.
The project status chart from July 2001 shows West Sandy Lake as two projects, with the far west
section beginning in October 2003, and the remainder beginning in October 2005. The July 2001
project status chart incorrectly shoxved when funds would become available, i.e. a project start time
of October 2003 meant the funds would become available during the budget year of October 2003
to September 2004. However, we typically sell our bond monies around the middle to the end of
the budget year. So in the case of a project on the July 2001 project status chart slated for October
2003, more than likely those funds would become available in April, May or June 2004. Again,
that has been corrected on subsequent iterations of the project status chart.
